Summary of Dive Site
A favourite divesite for customers wanting a second look. A tiny island 100m from the shore with just its jagged rocky tip showing above the waves which in the past attracted dozens of Roman & Grecian ships onto. These boats after coming to grief on this tiny island, showered the area with amphora. Also in the area are 2 ancient anchors estimated by experts to be over 400 years old. On your circuit of the island you will come across Groupers, Moray eels & Octopus. Please remember, it is illegal in Turkey to remove even the smallest broken piece of amphora from the seabed. An excellent dive.
