Turkey offers some of the best unspoilt, uncommercial diving still available.
Its coastline abounds with sheltered coves, bays and uninhabited islands, which have yet
to be discovered by the worldwide diving fraternity or tourists alike.
It has a particularly rich and varied marine life, with numerous reefs, featuring majestic rock formations, curious caves and sharp drop-offs. Huge tame Groupers, Tuna, Amberjack, shoals of Mediterranean Barracuda, Parrotfish, Moray eels, Octopus and sometimes, even Monk seals and Dolphins can be seen! Fascinating sponges of all shapes, sizes and colours, blanket the dive sites. Turkey has the added adventure of calm, warm waters, no tides or currents and crystal clear visibility, all of which make it a paradise for both the experienced diver and especially suitable for absolute beginners. DIVE AND CRUISE – LIVE ABOARDS Our weekly DIVE AND CRUISE live aboard charters take
place on “GULETS”, which are traditional Turkish yachts whose design has remained
unchanged for hundreds of years. The design may be ancient but the facilities aren’t!!!
Solidly built of seasoned pine they are fitted out with well-appointed double cabins each
with their own private facilities including shower and W/C. All our Gulets are under five
years of age and have been specially built for chartering.
Your friendly Turkish crew will
pamper your needs, serving your freshly cooked meals on the shady afterdeck, or within the
lounge area if you prefer. Afterwards you can “soak up some rays” on one of the two
comfortable luxurious sundecks – the choice is yours.
Apart from marvellous diving opportunities, there is a wealth of fascinating and unspoilt places for you to visit and for those guests who wish to combine exploration with diving trips to the local sites are always available. WHAT IS THE SHEDUAL? Our Gulets sail from Fethiye to Ekincik Bay and back to Fethiye. You will spend time in secluded bays where you can escape the rigours of modern day life, with nothing to worry about apart from another drink or more sunscreen!!Due to the nature of diving and sailing, there isn’t really a rigid cruising route. We have featured some of the places most likely to be visited below. The cruise is intended to be fairly flexible, and on the advice of your guide and Captain (they really do know the best) will be geared to the diving and weather conditions. However, they are always happy to accommodate the wishes of passangers. |
