| Summary of
Dive Site The name comes from the shape of the hole which goes up and looks like a Mexican hat. The hole is at 20m / 66 ft and is large enough to accommodate 6-8 divers at one time. Also good buoyancy is important to stop stirring up the bottom, which is sandy. Using your dive light you can find large mullet, shrimps, soft coral and some groupers hiding amongst the cracks. The hole also homes some moray eels that lay and wait for some unsuspecting prey. At the exit for the dive there is an amazing underwater archway one can get excellent photographs of buddies swimming through. |

| Summary of
Dive Site An excellent dive for intermediate to experienced divers. The entry point is from the boat into 25m of water, with the reference being the wall on your left-hand side, the wall dramatically slopes down to 50m. Visibility is usually 20-30m, with slipper lobsters and moray eels hiding amongst crevices, nooks and crannies. The dive then profiles up, until the point of the wall, where you follow the bottom which is a mixture of sand, shingle and turtle grass, hiding many species of marine life, from octopus, crabs, seaworms, stargazers and our residential ray (which can also be seen swimming along the wall/drop off.) Small pieces of amphora also lie amongst the turtle grass in the calm, clear, shallow waters of the bay. Octopus Point is an excellent dive for photographic enthusiasts, due to such good visibility and varied mixture of marine life. |

Fairly Deep Dive - Experienced Diver Only. |
| Summary of
Dive Site This is a new dive site we discovered in winter 93. From the anchor there are some nice Drop Offs to swim along till you reach the first tunnel at 18m. The tunnels range from 3 to 10m in length with exit points visible at all times. The third tunnel is probably the most interesting and it is shaped like a small canyon. All tunnels have plenty of soft corals and sponges so a dive light is recommended to appreciate the interesting colors within. Following the slope back to the anchor line to finish this great dive. |
